We are pleased to announce that we have now re-opened as of June 7, 2020 by appointment only. Call or email us to book your next appointment! Unfortunately due to the continued COVID-19 environment, we are not seeing walk-in patients. Please read the letter from Dr. Park below as well.
To all our valued family and friends,
It has been 12 weeks since the governing body of dentists in Ontario advised the limiting of dental procedures to combat the spread of Covid-19. During this time, we have seen and treated many emergencies and urgent needs in our community. However, as time went on it became evident that the need was growing. What were initially small issues were becoming more urgent as time went on.
Last week the Ontario Ministry of Health and just this past Sunday night our Dental College have made announcements to permit regular operations to resume with new guidelines. This means we will be open for regular business very soon! We are busy doing final preparations to the office to ensure we adhere to these new guidelines and to provide a safe environment for you, your family and friends and our staff.
As I have stated earlier, we have helped many in our community during these weeks but unfortunately, there have been many more that we have not been able to see. As we prepare to open the doors once again, we will be prioritizing these patients. I feel it is important that we address these concerns.
If you have been experiencing any issues with your oral health but did not call us, we encourage you to do so now and set up an appointment at the earliest convenience. We ask for your patience as we work through our backlog and adjust to the new procedures of patient care.
As we settle into the new Covid-19 normal, we will need to try and maintain social distancing. We have adopted a by appointment only policy. This will allow all involved a safer experience at the office. We ask that you do not walk into the office without first setting up an appointment. Also, we would like for you to arrive with a face covering as well to minimize the potential spread of the virus.
The coronavirus is still amongst us, so we need to continue to be diligent for the good of all our family and friends, and our community that we serve.
You will see some changes in the office and your experience will be somewhat different but rest assured that the same people you have come to know are still here for you! Thank you for your patience during these challenges weeks and we look forward to serving you all once again.
